• We offer fast and reliable worldwide shipping through Royal Mail for Mainland UK as well as for International orders. No matter where you are, we'll make sure your items reach you promptly and safely.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping fees are calculated by weight at checkout, ensuring transparency in the costs associated with delivering your favourite collectibles to your doorstep. We offer free 24hr and 48hr tracked delivery through Royal Mail for all orders over £75 which are delivered to the UK.

 Special Delivery:

​

We also offer the use of Royal Mail's "Special Delivery, Guaranteed by 1pm" service, which we always recommend selecting for orders over £150 in value.

​

This is because the 24hr and 48hr services are only compensated up to a value of £150, whereas the "Special Delivery - 1pm" service is compensated up to £750. In the event of loss or damage to your product in transit we will only be able to reimburse you up to these values, depending on the delivery service you have chosen at checkout.

Local Delivery Discount:

• For our local customers in Plymouth, England, we provide a reduced delivery rate of £1.99 to show our appreciation for your support.

Order Tracking:

​

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Secure Packaging:

​

• As collectors ourselves, we take pride in our packaging expertise. All orders, regardless of size, are meticulously packed in sturdy boxes with ample padding to ensure your Funko Pop Vinyl Figures as well as any other items arrive in the expected condition.

Customs and Duties:

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to their order upon delivery. Please check your local regulations for more information.

Delivery Time:

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and the delivery service you select. We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm on the same day (unless this is a weekend or Bank Holiday). If placed after 2pm we will dispatch orders the next working day.

Returns and Exchange Policy

14-Day Return Window:

• If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition of Returns:

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the box it was sent in, in the same condition as when you received it. (Due to the nature of collectibles the condition is stated in each product description and refunds will not be issued for defects that are already mentioned on the item page prior to sale)

Initiating a Return:

• To start the return process, please contact our customer support team through the Returns Form on our website. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return, with attached photos of the item and all packaging.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refund or Exchange:

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate either a refund or exchange, based on your preference. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
